Certain dealers on RouteOne AutoFi PAPI Integration not seeing lender callbacks

We are experiencing an issue with some application responses for certain dealers through RouteOne.

This is only affecting a limited set of dealers utilizing the Showroom, Digital Retail and LaaS products with RouteOne AutoFi PAPI integration, not all dealers on AutoFi PAPI integration.

Applications are being successfully submitted, and dealers can view lender responses directly within the RouteOne portal. However, these responses are not flowing back into our platform as expected.

Lender offers can not displaying in Showroom or Digital Retail (DR). Deal status may remain in "Pending" within the Applicants or Finance tab in Showroom.

Our team has already engaged directly with RouteOne and is actively tracking the resolution on their side. We will provide updates as soon as we receive more information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
