Update -
We are currently experiencing a temporary issue impacting password reset functionality. Users who are unable to reset their passwords will need assistance from their Dealer Administrator to complete the process.
To facilitate a forced password reset, the Dealer Administrator should contact our Dealer Support team on the impacted individual’s behalf and provide the following details:
- Full name of the impacted user
- Email address
- Mobile phone number

- Via the Support Request Form through the Portal, or
- By calling our Dealer Support Team at (855) 933-0038
