Investigating - Since 10:23am PT today, CDK Global is experiencing degraded performance on its 3PA services; which are utilized by AutoFi Showroom dealers to push deals to their DMS accounts. CDK’s engineering team is working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Dealers may be unable to push deals. Customer lookups and new customer creation in the DMS are failing because of the degradation.

We’re in close contact with CDK and monitoring their progress. We’ll share updates as we hear more.
